Wildalpen Arzberg Cave
The protected Arzberg Cave is located near Wildalpen at 730 m above sea level at the northwest of the Arzberg mountain. On this tour, you’ll learn all about the Ice Age in the Salza valley. You get an overview of the geology and the formation of the caves, the cave bear, Ice Age hunters, but you will also learn something about the bats that reside in the cave – and water, our elixir of life, will play a major role.
When to visit: We’re open from 25 April to 15 October – guided tours with certified cave guides only.
